  1. How do I return or exchange an item I bought online?

  2. What is the status of my order?

    Order status is automatically updated in the system as the order is being processed.  Updates are also are sent out through e-mail as we update the details of your order or add tracking information.

  3. Can I change or cancel my order?

    You can cancel your order for up to one hour after you submit the order, after that our production teams start printing your T-shirt fresh for you and mailing it out.  Please ensure your details are correct, like color and size! 

  4. How long until I receive my shirt?

    Generally it takes us 2-5 business days to process the order and get it shipping out.

  5. How long does shipping take?

    Once we have made the shirt, it takes us between 2-5 business days for it to arrive to you using USPS for the United States. 

  6. Do you sell to any other countries besides United States?

    Not right now, we hope to include Canada by mid year!  Please sign up for the newsletter to be notified when there is more information.
